Do you know Mac/Apple computers?
Yes. MacOS 7.x, 8.x, 9.x and 10.x.
Do you know Linux computers?
Yes. Experience with RedHat Linux 5.x - 9.x as well as Debian based distros like Knoppix and Ubuntu (current favourite).
Do you know windows computers?
Yes. windows 3.x and up.
Do you provide pick-up service?
Yes. No charge for within the greater Victoria area. Charges only applied for all points past Sidney, Sooke and GoldStream Park.
Do you provide drop-off service?
Yes. No charge for within the greater Victoria area. Charges only applied for all points past Sidney, Sooke and GoldStream Park.
What are your rates?
Residential, home-based business and commercial, $45/hour. Emergency rate is 3 times the regular rate.
When are you available?
Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm. Weekends, on-call.

Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
How far will you travel?
Travel beyond the areas reached by car, require additional bookings and the cost is charged to you. I will make the travel arrangements through careful research.
