I don't believe it. The whole computer works for the first time
since it's major melt down over a year ago. First I took it to
"Delta Tech Inc" on Quarry, who told me I needed a new motherboard
and cd burner, and never got my A: drive to work (they said I needed a
new one, but the wires where only in backwards?!). Then it went to
"Snickers PCs" after reformatting 2 months ago, and they couldn't get the
scanner to work, but did try to charge me for getting my dial-up modem
going (changed his mind after showing him on HIS work order that
stated I have a shaw highspeed connection).
"John Doe" at "Snickers PCs" also told me I needed a new cable for
the scanner which is why it wouldn't work.
And now everything works and runs smoothly, even the scanner.
So either you are a genius, or there are a lot of techies working out
there in these computer stores who have little or no clue; or both!
I think their first priority is to sell you new stuff instead of fixing
what you got.
